Head Hunter Model

Our Head Hunter Model is designed to find the perfect professional for your needs. Together with you and our talent acquisition managers, we assess the desired skills, industry specifications and cultural fit for your company. We handle the entire recruitment process and only send an invoice once candidates are chosen and contracts are signed.

Back-Up Recruiters Model

The Back-Up Recruiters Model offers an extra recruiting resource when needed. Perfect for filling hard-to-find positions. This model works with a 6-month minimum retainer, good for 2 hires or 12 hours of recruiting work per month. Additional hires or recruitment work are billed separately.
