CC.Talent Group
Privacy Statement

We wish to inform you herewith about the processing of your personal data. CC.Talent wants to be transparent and open because we value quality cooperation and openness.

We are responsible for your personal data

CC.Talent is responsible for processing your personal data and considers careful handling of personal data very important. This means, among other things, that we treat personal data confidentially, that we have taken security measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access or theft, and that we will delete data when we no longer need it
for our work.

The times when we receive your personal data

If you use our services, your personal data may be processed. For example, consider the
moment you contact our sales or support department by email or phone. In this case, we
process, among other things, your phone number, e-mail address or your name. In addition, we may process your data that you share with us online. For example, requesting or downloading information, filling out a contact form, and your data (such as place of residence) that can be derived from social media. This allows us to offer you targeted and relevant information or to see who is interested in our company in a particular
region. In doing so, we try to match your personal interests as much as possible.

Our Privacy Statement covers CC.Talent Netherlands B.V. and CC.Talent's website.

Our Privacy Statement applies to the use of personal data by CC.Talent Netherlands B.V.
and the website of CC.Talent. This Privacy Statement accompanies our website.

We use your personal data to provide you with the best possible service.

We use your personal data because it is needed to process your request for information or
purchase our products and/or services. We may also use your data so that we can optimize
our services. Sometimes we also save data because we have to because of (legal) financial
and tax obligations.

We only process those personal data that are necessary to be able to process requests or
that contribute to realizing a qualitative cooperation. Specifically, we process your personal
data so that we can, among other things:

  • To be able to keep records in respect of your attendance at any event we organize.
  • Inform you about new developments and ask you to make an appointment for additional information.
  • Inform you about general trends in your relevant branch or generic newsletters.
  • Manage our financial administration and enable us to comply with financial and fiscal (legal) obligations.
  • To test and improve the quality of our services, such as obtaining insight into the performance of the support department and our website(s).
  • Be able to conduct market surveys so that we can tailor our services more closely to the needs of our clients.
  • Be able to maintain web statistics and facilitate sharing via social media.
  • Be able to recruit new relationships.
  • Be able to handle any disputes.
  • Be able to perform (or have performed) internal and external monitoring of our services.
We do not use your information for purposes other than those listed above

CC.Talent does not sell your personal data to third parties. We use supplier IT systems in certain cases, where it is possible that the supplier may also have access to the system on which your personal data is processed. In all cases, we ensure that these third parties comply with adequate privacy and security
safeguards.

We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary

Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary. Our aim is to destroy personal
data of relations as soon as we no longer need it. Some data is kept because it is required by
financial and/or tax obligations. In that case, your data will be kept for a minimum of seven
years. After this period, we will ensure that your personal data is removed carefully.

You have several rights when it comes to your personal data
  1. You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data.
  2. You have the right of opposition. This means that you can object to CC.Talent using
your data for commercial purposes. For example, the use of your data for our campaigns
or other use of your data due to special personal circumstances on your part.
You always have the possibility of filing a complaint about the use of personal data by
CC.Talent in a general sense, both with CC.Talent and with the Personal Data
    Authority.

If you make a request, we will first assess whether we can process your request. We cannot
process the request if we cannot establish your identity or if you made a similar request
recently (less than six months ago).

If we have considered the request, there are a number of situations in which we must refuse
the request. For example, we will have to refuse a request if the protection of the rights of
third parties is more important. This may occur in cases where your inspection request
includes the personal data of other persons. If we refuse the request, we will provide written
reasons why we cannot comply with the request.

It may happen that you disagree with our decision on a request for inspection, correction,
deletion or opposition. In that case, you also have the right to file a complaint with the
Personal Data Authority: https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl/.

You can unsubscribe from campaigns and newsletters

If you have made an inquiry or purchase, your address, e-mail address or telephone number

mail, e-mail or telephone. In every email or after every phone call, we have included an
option to unsubscribe from this form of communication. You can also send an email to
privacy@cctalent.global to unsubscribe.
