CC.Talent is now ISO certified!

We are happy to announce that CC.Talent is now officially ISO certified! Thanks to well-organized processes and keeping information secure, we have obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 2700. In this interview our CEO, Maarten de Graad, gives insight into the motivations behind obtaining the certification and the benefits it brings. It shows how committed we are to being excellent and trustworthy for our customers and future clients. Maarten also highlights the certification process, the challenges we faced, and the lessons learned. Let’s dive in!

Q1: What motivated you to become ISO-certified? And what benefits do you think it will bring to CC.Talent? 

Firstly we think it is important to maintain a well-organized company and ensure seamless operations. Moreover, in today’s digital landscape, addressing Information Security is of utmost importance, particularly in our line of work. As an outstaffing company, you handle a vast amount of data belonging to our colleagues and clients. Ensuring robust information security measures protects us from unauthorized access or breaches. 

Obtaining ISO certification (9001 and 27001) made us critically evaluate every aspect of our company and its procedures. While our processes were already efficient, going through the 27001 certification advanced our Information Security policies even further and heightened awareness about this matter among our staff. It was a crucial step towards professionalizing our approach to Information Security.

Q2: What does this certification mean for CC.Talent customers and future customers? 

With this certification, our customers can place even greater trust in CC.Talent, knowing that their data is safe and secure. Not only does this certification validate our expertise, but it also recognizes that we have been on the right track all along, efficiently managing operations across multiple countries. 

Q3: Can you tell us a little bit more about the process of obtaining the certification? Were there any specific challenges or lessons learned along the way? 

The process itself is pretty thorough. Every aspect of the company needs to be carefully considered and incorporated into processes, management systems, and control mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement. It showed me that even within a flat organization like CC.Talent, there are numerous processes and information flows. This newfound awareness has been helpful in bringing our company to the next level of Information Security. Following the preparations, rigorous three-day audit is conducted to ensure all areas are thoroughly covered.

It was an intense but ultimately satisfying experience. In the end, we’re delighted we persevered and take pride in achieving full compliance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards!
