Collaborating with our account managers in Amsterdam, Singapore, or Germany we identify your desired skill set based on requirements and the preferred programming language. We delve into your industry and company culture.

Talent Acquisition

Using this unique profile, our local Talent Acquisition Team searches for the suitable candidate. After a pre-selection process, the candidates are introduced to you.

Placement

It's a match! Your new colleague becomes an integral part of your team while remaining on our payroll. CC.Talent handles all insurance, premiums, payroll processing, provides hardware, and software training.

Onboarding

Our Partner Manager will conduct a kick-off on the developer's first day. This session will cover essential topics such as team composition, work processes, communication protocols, logins, and working hours. Following this onboarding session, the developer will be part of your team officially.

Partner Management

Even after a successful placement, our job is not complete. We maintain regular contact to assess how the collaboration is progressing and ensure our developer continues to be the right fit.
